Market Survey, data analysis to guide business decision; company salary structure maintenance.
Annual labor cost budgeting and labor cost monitor and control via close corporation with Finance and other related parties
Lead various company benefit programs and ensure the implementation.
Lead salary review & bonus scheme design and implementation.
Make sure the accurate and On time delivery of C&B daily operations, including payroll process and related reporting.
Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or laws and regulations and help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements.
Support HR Operation where needed.

任职要求:
Bachelor degree and above
8 years related working experiences
Team management experience will be a plus
Good at excel, PPT, PBI is preferrable
Reliable and attention to details
