ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, direction, and management of all Sales within sales team and through interaction with customers and prospects.
2、Fully achieve sales targets in assigned territory relating to all aspects of sales activities
3、Facilitate / implement / monitor all sales strategies to ensure maximum market coverage and increase market share in the assigned territory
4、Implement tactical plans, coach team members to generate enough prospect
5、Take joint call with team members when necessary
6、Identify business risks / opportunities and take appropriate action
7、Fully follow company Sales Management Process
8、Fully understand the importance of Sales Quality Improvement and sales handbook
9、Insure all direct sales behavior fully follow company direction, discipline and process
10、Work with Account Receivable Department to collect account receivable effectively within sales team.
REQUIREMENT:
1、University graduate or above;
2、At least 9 years sales working experience in multi-national companies in IT industry or high-tech product
3、5 years management experience
4、Good communication, negotiation, presentation and analysis skills
5、Good leadership and delegation skills
6、Good planning & organizing skills
7、Good command of English
